J. Isaac is the collaborative group name for all staff at Melodynamic Studios. Our main engineer started piano lessons at the age of 7, he has been getting into various parts of the music business ever since middle school. Starting with viola and cello at school, he then quickly moved to compose his first score for the Tucson Symphonic Orchestra at age 13. Around this time he had been building a studio with protools 6, and playing at various ensembles and events including the Yamaha Clavinova Festival.
Beginning to work at Guitars Etc at age 16, he began to understand various gear and studio building. Attending world renown Berklee College of Music in Boston, during the summer he was a Jr. in high school, he has interned at Matlind Recording Studios where he learned studio etiquette and recording techniques. Attending sessions of mixing original Elvis Presley takes, to remote recording at concert halls, he had the opportunity to take his acumen further.
After years of studying photoshop and other media design. Starting a talent search in 2009 he received support from major A&Rs and distribution with major labels. During this time, he had worked on several short films of which became acclaimed at the famous Sundance Film Festival.
Our main engineer has also worked in live sound. From Macy Gray, to John McCain. Early in 2013 he had done some work for 104.3 FM and has been requested to do even more work. In this stage, he has realized he had collected quite a bit of instrumentals and could share them with the community. Since recently, he has been refining his craft even more and is now taking the steps to begin a business that is been a long time in the making.
Remember all our staff are personable and will gladly discuss ideas and music. If you have any suggestions or comments, please feel free to express them.
